Elaine She brings 16 years of real estate experience to every client relationship, with an international career spanning prime central London, the Australian luxury market, and List Sotheby's International Realty and CBRE, before launching SHE Real Estate, her personal brand under PropNex Realty Pte Ltd. Her focus today is new launch and luxury residential property in Singapore.
Elaine has served as Project Lead-In-Charge for three of Singapore's most prominent new launches; Watten House, Meyer Blue, and Upperhouse at Orchard Boulevard — leading PropNex's sales teams of hundreds of agents through each launch to a combined $1.03 billion in transacted sales across 270 units. This hands-on leadership gives her clients a distinct advantage: intimate knowledge of unit stacks, pricing strategy and demand patterns that only comes from having run the sales process from the inside.
Beyond project leadership, Elaine has personally guided clients through over $300 million in transactions, bringing the same insider market knowledge to every individual buyer, seller and investor she represents.
